I had a bunch of questions and Florence promptly answered my questions as well as provided me with photos of the current mug colors available. She and I then discussed the design in depth. The mug shipped the next day and I got it in less than 2 days. It was packaged nicely and suffered no damage en transit. The mug is fantastic and I plan to work with Florence to design a cup for my mother. I would highly recommend Florence and her products!!
